Injuries suck, don’t they?
No one wants to get injured. Everyone hates injuries. Even the holiest of people hate injuries.
Well, here’s a fantastic way to prevent injuries: stretch.
Stretching was something Kobe Bryant valued and he used to emphasize its importance to everyone who asked him for advice.
“Stretch. You better stretch,” he often said (or said once…whatever).
So, before and after every physical activity, you have to do a full-body stretch.
A quick and easy sequence you can do is the Sun Salutation and it’s similar to a routine Jaime Jaquez Jr does.
You’ll feel wonderful before, during and after because you’ll reduce muscle tightness and soreness.
And you’ll prevent injuries.
Stretching is that powerful.
