LeBron James was a menace in the 2010s and dominated the Eastern Conference for that entire decade.

He defeated every team he played against in the postseason and made the NBA Finals from 2011 to 2018 with the Miami Heat and the Cleveland Cavaliers and won three championships in that time.

Then, he returned to the Finals in 2020 with the Los Angeles Lakers and won another title.

LeBron was a madman and ran the East for damn near 10 years and allegedly didn’t break a sweat while doing so (and he wasn’t playing chums, either).

So, how was he so dominant?

Well, according to Al Horford, it’s because of his “disturbing” stamina.
