Med Ball 200 (The Ultimate Old Man Game Workout)
The Med Ball 200 is a great workout for developing strength and stamina.
It’s not high-intensity and doesn’t require you to lift any heavy barbells and such, so it’s terrific for average Joes and Janes.
All you need is a medicine ball that’s 8-10 pounds, roughly 20 minutes, and you’re set to go.
However, just because it’s simple and basic, it doesn’t mean that it won’t be hard. You’ll still have to lift this weight multiple times without much (or any) rest in between.
I learned this the hard way.
The first time I did it, I was overconfident. I thought, “Oh, it’s only 8 pounds. That’s easy!”
So, I went Super Saiyan with the first few (3) exercises and started to feel the burn. Then by the fifth exercise, I regretted trying to be a superhero.
By the end of it, I was laying on the ground, panting for air.
So, if you do try this workout out, I advise you to not be arrogant like I was.
But other than that, it’s a great workout and that’ll improve your cardio and build your stamina.
